Introduction
To provide students a sound understanding of existing Electronics theory and Computer Devices undergraduate courses in Computer Maintenance in combination with Electronics and Mathematics is run by the Department of Physics. The following course combination is run by the department of Physics.

- PSO1. Ability to analyze, design, implement, and test software systems based on requirement specifications and development methodologies of software systems.
- PSO2. Apply computer maintenance /science theory blended with engineering mathematics to solve computational tasks and model real world problems using appropriate programming language, data structure, and algorithms.
- PSO3. Ability to explore technological advancements in various domains, evaluate its merits and identify research gaps to provide solution to new ideas and innovations.

Considering the modern trend of development and broad base requirements as specified by university the department has two separate computer and microprocessor laboratories where students are trained in the area of software and hardware.
